Escape Road Games

Escape Road Games is a seven-game collection built around driving, pursuit and escape. The series includes the original Escape Road, two numbered follow-ups, two City games and two seasonal editions.

The complete collection consists of Escape Road, Escape Road 2, Escape Road 3, Escape Road City, Escape Road City 2, Escape Road Winter and Escape Road Halloween.

Although the games share the same broader Escape Road identity, the collection is easier to understand when divided into three branches: the main numbered series, the City series and the seasonal games.

All 7 Escape Road Games

Escape Road

Escape Road is the original entry and the foundation of the series. It establishes the central idea that connects the collection: drive through the environment, stay ahead of the police and keep the escape alive for as long as possible.

Unlike a conventional racing game built around a fixed course or finish line, Escape Road focuses on survival under pursuit. Roads, intersections, obstacles and the space around the vehicle continually affect which direction remains safe.

Escape Road 2

Escape Road 2 is the second numbered entry in the core series.

It belongs directly to the main Escape Road line rather than one of the themed branches, making it the natural follow-up for players who want to continue beyond the original game.

Escape Road 3

Escape Road 3 is the third numbered entry in the main series, continuing the naming sequence established by Escape Road and Escape Road 2.

Escape Road 3 is already represented as part of the complete Escape Road collection, but a dedicated MajescoGames game page has not yet been added.

Escape Road City

Escape Road City begins the City branch of the series.

The City name gives this part of the collection its own urban identity while keeping it connected to the wider Escape Road family. It is the starting point for players who want to explore the City side of the series rather than following only the numbered games.

Escape Road City 2

Escape Road City 2 continues the City branch as its second dedicated entry.

Together, Escape Road City and Escape Road City 2 form a recognizable sub-series within the larger collection, separate from both the numbered games and the seasonal editions.

Escape Road Winter

Escape Road Winter is the winter-themed entry in the series.

Rather than extending the numbered sequence, Winter gives Escape Road a seasonal identity. It sits alongside Escape Road Halloween as one of the collection's themed editions.

Escape Road Halloween

Escape Road Halloween is the Halloween-themed entry in the Escape Road collection.

It forms the second seasonal game alongside Escape Road Winter. A dedicated MajescoGames page for Escape Road Halloween has not yet been added.

How the Escape Road Series Is Organized

The seven games form three connected branches. This structure describes how the collection is grouped by title and series identity; it is not intended to establish an exact historical release chronology.

Main Escape Road Series

Escape Road โ†’ Escape Road 2 โ†’ Escape Road 3

The three numbered games form the core line of the series. The original establishes the Escape Road identity, followed by the second and third numbered entries.

Escape Road City Series

Escape Road City โ†’ Escape Road City 2

The two City games create a distinct urban branch within the larger collection.

Seasonal Escape Road Games

Escape Road Winter + Escape Road Halloween

Winter and Halloween use seasonal identities rather than continuing the numbered naming structure.

Which Escape Road Game Should You Play?

If you are completely new to the collection, the original Escape Road is the best starting point. It establishes the driving, pursuit and survival identity that connects the rest of the series.

Players who want to follow the core numbered branch can continue from Escape Road into Escape Road 2. Escape Road 3 completes the current three-game numbered structure, although its dedicated MajescoGames page is not yet available.

If you are more interested in the City branch, begin with Escape Road City before moving to Escape Road City 2. These two titles form their own connected pair within the collection.

For a seasonal variation, Escape Road Winter provides the currently available winter-themed option, while Escape Road Halloween represents the Halloween side of the collection.

You do not need to complete every branch in a particular order. The structure simply makes it easier to understand which Escape Road games are most closely related to one another.

What Connects the Escape Road Series?

The individual games have different names and themes, but they remain recognizable as parts of one series because they share the same broader driving-and-escape identity.

At the center of Escape Road is pressure. The player needs to keep moving while the surrounding situation becomes increasingly difficult to manage. That makes vehicle control important, but it also makes awareness and route choice part of the experience.

An open road can provide room to recover. An intersection can create several possible exits. A poor turn can remove those options and leave the vehicle with less space to escape. The result is a style of driving where the useful route is not necessarily the shortest one, but the route that keeps the run alive.

This same identity allows the collection to expand into different branches without becoming a set of unrelated games. The numbered titles continue the core series, the City games create their own branch, and Winter and Halloween provide seasonal variations.

That combination of a recognizable core concept and multiple versions is what gives Escape Road Games its identity as a series rather than a single standalone title.

Start With the Original Escape Road

If you are new to the series, learning the original game first gives you a useful foundation for the other Escape Road versions. Vehicle control, momentum, route awareness and recovery all become more important as the pursuit develops.

The How to Play Escape Road guide covers the controls, step-by-step gameplay, route selection, common mistakes and strategies for surviving longer.
